Blood pressure this morning was 116 over 69. Very pleased with that. I am still on my usual medication, but hopefully if my BP keeps falling, my GP will begin to reduce it.

Look at you! You're doing well with weight loss and BP improvements. Just be careful. Just be mindful that with your BP dropping that you don't end up fainting. Sitting to standing is a long way up for 6ft and it could leave you a bit light headed or worse if your BP is low. Have a great weekend. Px
