Nice! First day of my cut was yesterday. (This is called being accountable. Yes, hold me to it.) Calorie target is 2300. That should give me close to a pound a week. Shooting for 10 pounds in 8 weeks.

I got tired of the stupid dumbbells with the spin on collars. Before I left the Okanagan I picked up a few things. :)

85.9 kg Lost so far: 4.8 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Squat, bench, and deadlift... Really all you need. The rest is just fluff ;)

Ugh I do a dead lift, come up down into a pistol squat come up and press. Now I only use two 10.5 Dumbbells but it's crucial for me.
