Got my program today and upping RDI to match the program. Body Fat % 22 lean mass 98lbs. I did this with the Jackson Pollock method using the calipers I got today. I plugged the numbers in three different sites and got 22% for all so I'm sticking with this until I can get someone to do it for me so I can see if numbers r same. 60 day program here I come. That % says I'm FIT ;)

Thanks! And I did my first video. The nutrition will take a little getting used to. Think I'll have to give up my 24hr fasts but still going to do the IF. ;) I got this! We are all artists here trying to sculpt our bodies. One more thing to add on the résumé!
