I'm not weighing myself daily on purpose. I am trying on clothes that have been snug and we are making progress. That is the motivation I need.

I've also noticed that the hunger is beginning to subside. Finally. That's a good thing. I take it to mean that I'm getting used to smaller portion sizes and the carb addiction, however healthy most of them were, is less of an issue in my life. That can only take me to better places.

Next week going to add some strength training back into my life.
