Week away was not as good as was expected :(

Dreadfully uncomfortable small bed....tap dancing seagulls at 5am.....stressing about driving narrow country roads.....everything being far away down narrow country roads.....dreadful eating options...ugh

On the upside the beach was lovely and went well with a bottle of champagne and strawberries. Even did a midnight walk with the full moon so bright the sea was sparkling, it was really beautiful.

Unfortunately came back feeling like I need a week in bed to recover...but such is life.

Back on track today....just need to record my food. I have ordered a Nutribullet and am going to do veggie smoothies for lunch (no fruit)....hopefully doesn't taste too gross!

My daughter is big into vegetable Smoothies, and she gave me some to try. Not too terrible.

I know the feeling - you need a vacation from your vacation. BTW - if you hit on a drinkable smoothie recipe, please do share.

I will Buffy....I am hoping for a quick easy solution to lunches and if it tastes good it will be a bonus!
