Just had a breakfast of cheese, almonds and berries, instead of my usual squirrel (cereal). Part of my cut the carbs and increase the fat and protein, I am trying.

That sounds tasty! Curious to see how you feel on that for the morning! Those cereal type foods never stayed with me for long.

Breakfast doesn't have to last long for me. I am trying 16:8, so breakfast is 10:00 and lunch is 12:00. Some days I have Brunch instead!

Welcome JockoT to my way of living - suits me very well (and I don't like fat). I think you could well be a good candidate for this eating plan too. One mistake newbies often make is to go too high on protein. Watch your protein, keep it moderate, and fill up on (eek) fat. You have to get the kcals from somewhere after all....

Yes. I like fat and am quite happy to make up for the reduced carbs with fat.
