Back to the dancing today. Only an hour but it made a bit of difference. Waltz and Quickstep. Started learning the Running Finish in the latter.

Hi Jocko
Have not had a spin around a dance floor for years, Many moons ago when we lived in Yorkshire, I did Ballroom at the constance Grant School of Dancing and loved it, Does your good lady participate? My hubby has two left feet bless him! but I'm so glad he likes cycling, walking and swimming
when we've been out to family parties and weddings etc he will have go but would rather sit out.....Back to my exercise routine tomorrow as I'm feeling OK now, first a long walk with the dogs then doing some garden maintenance (moving a tree), and maybe dig the Veg patch......The Sun here today was lovely still a bit fresh but nice

Yes, we started the dancing to give us an activity we could share. I had my guitar and my photography, but these are hobbies we don't share. We love the dancing. I have two left feet and she has two right feet, so between us we get by.
