well, managed to successfully resist most of the carblicious temptations at my convention (took some helpful advice of commenters on my previous worried entry THANKS -and brought healthy snacks, and worked out while there, as well as pre-perused the menus to plan what to eat), and so i didn't really gain (though i was at 128.3 before going, and now i'm 128.7, but meh, that difference could be from anything). Given how hard it is to be keto when you don't control the menus, don't control the cooking, and need a glass of wine to socialize (i know, 'need' is a strong word, but there ya have it), i will still consider the "not really gaining" a win :)
58.5 kg Lost so far: 4.5 kg.    Still to go: 4.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
