We feed our dogs a prescription low fat dogfood to minimize any pancreatitis issues. Also we're careful with treats. They are older now, but have had pancreatic problems for a long time. I hope Bailey is back to normal & feeling better ASAP 💖

Yeah, Baily is home. She's adorable and very young. Do you know why she's come down with it? my dog Tigger had an accute bout. about 6 months ago, and I've struggled to find food he's ok with. I'm down to just lean ground beef and turkey. he is even bad with rice. oh, our expensive dogs we love!!! my dog is a senor.

Jen she don't like the food but she has to learn to like lol .... she's on a ultra low fat dog food but high in protein to help her growing bones. I will not be giving her anything she cannot have I don't ever want her going through that again.

Wow Erin, it's so scary isn't it! I hope the food works! I'm so happy you got your baby back. I administered my own IVs that saved me a lot of money. My vet knows me and we've been through 5 dogs together. I still have an IV at home just for any emergencies in the future. I've went raw mostly. My dog will eat anything! Trying to find something that doesn't upset his pancreas is another deal. I watched a video that said most dogs fed kibble get it after they looked at the autopsy reports. The dogs fed raw didn't get it. Interesting. I don't know how mine got it. Just old age and now he's getting home cooked meat 🤣 must love dogs!
