Seen I can’t read….i listen…a lot….

Sippin ☕️…watching the sun rise…enjoying my morning….waking up to 52 outside…it was cool….

Filled up girlfriend s bird feeder…yesterday…birds are fighting over birdseed…definitely….getting a bigger draw of birds…

12 noon…finishing journal….girlfriend has low bp this morning…due yo her getting meds mixed yesterday..but last taking it was tp yo 120/ 70…great for her…and she’s feeling better as well….my sister…I hand washed some of her blouses…the 2 are keeping me on the move….im on break…as they are still eating…

Got some vitamin d earlier…sun to warm now…
