Osteopath told me this morning not to train for a week - have decided to take his advice and just stick to the diet and go for lots of long gentle walks instead. Will see what he says next wednesday when I see him again....

80% or fat is burned from your lungs with Carbon Dioxide....20% is expelled through water ie sweat etc ......Sedentary people still lose weight as long as they have no form of Sugar and that includes Fructose from apples and Root Vegetables and Sweetners ...No sugar at all as Sugar turns to fat ......Good fats do not turn to fat so while you are not working out eat high in good fats and good luck
