Geared up for the holidays slow close to my goal. But all my clothes fit nicely... just trying to bust that belly fat. Next couple of days will try hard on my patience but being around sweets don't bother me. I bought myself some Rosa Champagne for a rare treat. But going to midnight mass so no real drinking spree I am sure someone will share the bottle with me. I feel positive that I will go off my diet and accepted that fact but Saturday will be a fast day definitely! No real plans for New Years maybe more champagne! Followed by lots of water of course.
