I noticed you're struggling with a plateau as well. What used to work for me, was to change my diet and add a different exercise at a different time.

NosureImthereyet I've done that and a few other things my body won't let go of these 7 lbs left lol but I'm stubborn so I'm going to keep pushing and eventually it will go.

What else have you tried? I'm out of ideas. I have a lot more weight to loose then you, and you've done great.

NosureImthereyet I've also tried playing with calorie in take for a while having one day a week over my cals would bump a weight drop tried recently to do that and no luck.
