Feeling I'm on the right track... will do 5:2 diet around the holidays. Not much different to what I'm doing now for the fast days so feeling confident that diet will work for me.
72.5 kg Lost so far: 2.2 kg.    Still to go: 2.5 kg.    Diet followed: Not Applicable.
