Time to up my game . My new diet makes me feel bloated and my muscles are starting to stiffen up must warm down properly any advice? Have an appointment with the exercise referral lady on Tuesday when I will be weighed and told the bad news I am sure i am gradually gaining although the people down the Sauna eare being very nice to me especially the lady who does triathlon.

I am sure your body will adjust to the new diet. Maybe try and pinpoint what is causing the bloat and cut back on that, then gradually build it up again. I am hoping that the stiff muscles are due to the DOMS? That means you are working hard! Do mobility exercises and stretching as part of your routine as opposed to a cursory 5 mins at the end. A good 20 minutes is required! Proud of you!!
