looking for some help, I'm making my own energy bars does anyone know of a website that tells you the calorific breakdown of ingredients, thank you.

The packaging of the ingredients used usually give per 100 grams you add the ingredients to fat secrets and it puts the amount of calories per item amount used. hope this helps.
