Thought I'd share this. I suffer from bloating alot, especially after eating junk foods🫣 Last night I had a coke zero. My stomach expanded by at least 50%. This normally lasts a few days with me. I decided to give Google a try and stumbled on this.

I suffer with bloating too. But I got chronic colitis which sometimes has calm stages and sometimes gets sharp, and IBS. I would to find more tips for bloating

Yes, I'd like to too. I've tried a few things in the past. Noting has ever worked. I'd give these stretches a try. So simple but I'm impressed xx
