Hi FS Friends I had a complete cheat day yesterday family popped in for lunch and we had lots of nice different fresh breads from tescos with butter and cheeses and crisp and red velvet cake .It was delicious and what I’d been craving,so this is probably due to weight gain this week,only myself to blame ,tut tut
117.7 kg Lost so far: 9.3 kg.    Still to go: 7.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
