Day 1 went very well, had my first protein shake last night with milk, ice and a banana. Could almost eat it with a spoon and tasted great. Followed my set calories goal, first thing I noticed this morning I didn't wake up Hungary, wanting to grab something while I fed the dogs. Main goals no eating after 8 PM I work 2nd shift and don't get home till 10:30, keeping portions down and tracking calories, last get some light exercise like walking every other day or at night before bed. Some say not before bed, but has never kept me up or kept me from falling asleep.
