Started my day with coffee, watched a movie, did some computer tasks, then had a banana smoothie with whey protein added, tested great. Spent the last couple of hours hanging curtains for the wife, it is going on 3:00 PM still not feeling hungry yet. Does this stuff really work???

Crazy weight loss today, but I've seen this time and time again, I'll loose 2 or more pounds, then get it all back the next day. Wandered off the diet trail yesterday but I'm back on track today, another thing that happens on my days off.

Small cheat yesterday, but still showing a loss. Starting today with fruit smoothie instead of coffee, using extra banana the ones I got at Sam's Sunday were green, Tuesday bright yellow and starting to have spots.

Day 1 went very well, had my first protein shake last night with milk, ice and a banana. Could almost eat it with a spoon and tasted great. Followed my set calories goal, first thing I noticed this morning I didn't wake up Hungary, wanting to grab something while I fed the dogs. Main goals no eating after 8 PM I work 2nd shift and don't get home till 10:30, keeping portions down and tracking calories, last get some light exercise like walking every other day or at night before bed. Some say not before bed, but has never kept me up or kept me from falling asleep.
