10 days in and I've lost 9lbs
Feeling really good, and really enjoying my meal plan I put together myself. it's not rocket science, and for me personally it's all about the calorie count ! I average 1200 calories per day and drink 4 bottles of water per day too.
I also allow myself to eat and drink what I like on a Saturday. For instant, last Saturday I had about 4000 calories including steak, beers and wine.

I calorie count, and only eat 1100/1200 per day. • Hot chocolate for breakfast. With wholemeal toast if needed. But normally not needed. • Wholemeal bread chicken sandwich for lunch. 258 calories • M & S "count on us" meals for tea approx 369 calories. Loads to choose from. • Then again if needed for a snack about 8pm I have a Muller light 83 calories or Skry yoghurt 150 calories • Also drink 4 bottles of 500ml water a day
