10 days in and I've lost 9lbs Feeling really good, and really enjoying my meal plan I put together myself. it's not rocket science, and for me personally it's all about the calorie count ! I average 1200 calories per day and drink 4 bottles of water per day too. I also allow myself to eat and drink what I like on a Saturday. For instant, last Saturday I had about 4000 calories including steak, beers and wine.
