thanks everyone. I was pretty happy with the end results I acheived last year but I went into the last bulk very defeated , and hesitant about gaining fat after spending 11 months losing it. there were many things I could have done better last time and I fought myself a bunch along the way but so far this time around to the best of My current knowledge which is always evolving I wouldn't change anything I've done thus far. I've made adjustments to my programing when needed. focusing big on recovery and taking more rest days then ever and gym progress has been all that I could ask for progressing every session in one way or another. I know 98 percent of the people on here will never try doing this but I never thought I would either. it's worthwhile if you can get past the mental aspect of it which is undoubtedly a real challenge at first.

LivinBreezy that's awesome and the best peice of advice I could give anyone .. I started off thinking it was a race thankfully it worked out OK but I was dropping way too quick
