IngaViolet, thanks! When I was 35, I was in the best shape of my life. Only thing, I hated myself. I have only one pic of myself back then. I was so beautiful now that I think about it. Body looked awesome but my mind was sad. Today, I love myself. My mind, body and spirit are starting to reflect that!
