My BMR = 1623. Based on my weight and Height, I need 2515 Calories to maintain weight, and 1515 calories for extreme weight loss! My average for 1 month now is 1523 calories....not Bad!
After 15 Days of average 1478 Calories a day, 141g of Protein, & 94g of Carb. I had a juicy burger and fries on my cheat day...YUM! but still kept calories at 1,819 for the day.
