Honestly the last week I felt hungier then most weeks and ended up going over my calories more days then not. Maybe going Ober once in a while helps reboot my metabolism

You have got this Holly ! I know ya do ! Try going over calories once in a while (few times a week) to see if it helps you. It don't hurt to try and see .... but I did manage to make healthier choices while going over the calories so maybe that also helped.

Thanks Erin. Oh I definitely think going over does spark the metabolism. I think staying too low on a consistent basis sends our body into starvation mode and it hangs onto every calorie. BUT like you say, go over with nutrition not empty calories. So no more treats for me this week, under calorie or not. I know I can do this, just need to DO it.
