Weighed in another pound down this morning! Which is good, because tomorrow is Oktoberfest, and I'm spending several hours volunteering serving beer, where I get all the free beer I want! Plus, we'll be surrounded by tons of stands of deep fried everything. This is my one cheat day for the six week challenge I'm on, and I'm not going to make myself feel guilty for indulging a bit.
I'm still working on cheating sensibly though. I've looked at what beers we will be serving, and I'll be drinking the one with the fewest calories. I can split orders of food instead of eating them all myself. I'm bringing some water and fresh fruit with me as well so I can snack somewhat healthily.
But man am I looking forward to this :D I'll have to follow with a realllllly long bike ride on Sunday!
