Lots of fibre today - feel like have eaten too much .... but hoping that although I went slightly off the rails I have not over done it ... lots of veg, bit of cheese and butter - scared to weigh myself tomorow so may wait till Friday - that will be a week since the last weigh in and a week till I go away - gah!!! I felt SOOO hungry today that is why I went for it with the veges... i realy hope I haven't blown it...cheese now in freeze out of harms way...now I just feel fat - will try to get up early to go to the 7am spin class!
