Weigh day tomorrow. Its really hard to tell if i have lost weight ... it feels as if I haven't as my clothes don't feel any different but I will be disappointed if not as I have been trying and i have felt VERY hungry some of the time! And - have been to the gym as much as I could within reason.....I have 2 weeks left until i fly home to Georgia and that means the most i could lose is 4lbs .... if i can get down to what I was last time i went out there, I will be happy. Thing is - I am going to have to be myself some day - I cannot be trying to be thinner for ever if i am going to stay in this relationship with this man who means so much to me, after all these years - its hard because i compare myself to how i was 25 years ago when we were together .. and even then I didn't like myself that much!! Youth is so wasted on the young, it is true! I can only do my best - and i need to be kind to myself :0)

ok 4lbs is very doabe with a bit of hard work , The main onjective of your becoming thinner is about how it makes you feel about yourself and not what everyone else thinks, other people become secondary. Don't forget its not just about the weight think of the health benefits and the things that you can do together. It sounds as if you are understandable very nervous about making the tri of a lifetime Youth does have its benefits but I enjoy being slightly older ( well a lot older really) I understand things better and I am more toleratn If this is meant it will happe then it willn know matter how thin or fat your are Embrace it and enjoy the ride. I wish you both well
