Does anyone use any supplements or protein powders by Pro Grade? The trainer at my gym is heavily recommending them, but I can't find any legitimate reviews online, and their web page looks like it was written by a crazy scammer.

The only reviews I've been able to find have been misleading 'reviews' that are clearly sponsored by Pro Grade.

All I can say is it looks expensive. Most whey protein isolate is either cold filtered or cross flow. Nothing really spectacular about their protein product. Does your trainer get a kickback? :)

too much money and not worth it. I did not like it. I agree with the other member and your trainer is getting a kickback.

Your trainer should not care about brand, if they do, they are motivated by their own material interests and not your health. I get a protein powder via Amazon with a good price.

He probably does. Just checked their affiliate page on pro-grade, and it looks like they can get up to 30% commission on their products! No wonder it's so pricey. Looks like I'll stick with my Dymatize Iso 100 and Muscletech Creatine

Disappointing that he wouldn't disclose that.

Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard is a great product you can get at Amazon for less. Another product line trainers push is Advocare - some are good but their supplements often have added sucrose. Also, you may want to GOOGLE to see if you have a NutriShop near you. They sell VitaSport brand protein and supplements that are very high quality.

Hi, I'm using Gnc - Amplified Wheybolic Extreme 60 Banana Cream and Strawberry. The fact is these taste the best. I've had very good results after cycling.

I use Ispoure and so far so good. If your trainer is pushing them , ask him about it and tell him you cant find any good reviews. He may get some kinda kick back if he is pushing them so hard..

I'd say listen to your gut - he is heavily recommending and the website not professional and clear. If I were you I'd steer clear.
