Early night last night so feeling a bit more chipper. Have decided not to weight myself until tomorrow as have been trying hard and feel that if i have not lost it will make me fed up again. I think the problem is that i just want to be in the USA and not in the UK and it is proving hard to focus on my life here right now when all I want do is fly out to Georgia. Also getting bored with the routine of the gym etc etc - but just got to keep focussed for two more weeks and all will be rewarded....

How do you put in your weight , dose the graph go down it's not even my first week but would like to know

yes yanny you just write the weight in the box on the weight history page and the graph changes!
