It's a light meal with a drinkable greek yogurt with oatmeal and seeds. The drinkable yogurt is very filling.

yes I love the texture of Greek Yogurt. I love the Kirkland Signature 3 pack at Costco. 17 grams of protein 100 calories in 3/4 of a cup

Costco and Greek Yogurt! My 2 favourites! I alternate between the 3 pack of kirkland plain 0%, and the 2 pack of vanilla 2% (Oikos, I believe) 😋
