I have decided to write in my journal every day between now and my departure for the US on the 3rd October. I am hoping this will keep me focussed as every day really does count now and I have no other distractions other than work plus no upcoming social occassions to derail me. Weekends are traditionally the hardest for me but now i have clear weekends - and only 3 weekends to get through :0) - I have one boozy outing on the 26th September but otherwise - I can focus on training and eating clean. I am going to try to eat low carb and count calories and most importantly be stricter with wine as drinking just blows my willpower away - plus i read that you don't get so much out of your training if you are drinking alcohol and I just want to get rid of my wine belly .. I may be 51 but if Madge can do it so can I!!! :0) Watch this girl go!!

all the best to you, like the determination, age has nothing to do with it, its more how old you mentally feel rather than physically, I am 60 going on 30 in my head
