Today is an off day, no workout. I will have to get out and mow the yard. I guess that will be my workout for the day.
Tomorrow is my race. That will be my Monday run, it works out perfectly. I will be eating a lot of carbs today in preparation for it. I usually run fasted but the race isn't until 8:30 so I'll be eating early. I hope it doesn't make my stomach upset. I guess I'll see.
