Happy Saturday!

I had a good leg workout this morning. I really upped the weights on all of my exercises. I did the following exercises.

Leg press - 430
Squat - 270
Seated calf raise - 160
Single leg leg extension - 80
Single leg hamstring curls - 70
Abductor - 120
Adductor - 120

That's my baseline so I'll see where I end up at the end of the month.

Went to Red Lobster for lunch to meet with an old friend. I had the half portion shrimp linguine alfredo. Not the best choice but I resisted the biscuits. I'll just log it and move on. I need to get more protein for the day so probably chicken breast for dinner.

me hero!! this is a awesome leg work out ..I do the same one plus a calf extension, a prone leg curl and glutes. BUT you def push a lot more weight than I do .. I can press 110 now .. Way to kick a$$!! Happy Saturday to you to!!

Great work out. As my back improves I hope to be able to add some weight training but I'll have to do it at home since the gyms are so far away.

Amazing all those reps you do! I can't count higher than 15, do I always stop there 😀 But really, good job!

Awesome weight work - and resisting those stupid Cheddar Bay biscuits is quite a feat! Nice job.

There should be some kind of reward for passing on the Red Lobster biscuits. Hats off to you!

The biscuits are harder for me to resist than the pasta. Bread is my doom. LOL WTG!
