So tomorrow my house goes on the market, nervously excited and eating to calm my nerves it seems, I think tomorrows weigh in will be the scales shouting 'one at a time please' haha. I also hurt my shoulder back in June and have been struggling with it since, I finally have a diagnosis and apparently I have calcium deposits in the tendons, called calcific tendinopathy apparently! Regardless of what it is called, it blimen hurts, I have been told it can take 9-12 months to fix and I now have a set of gentle exercises to do and I am waiting for some heavy duty painkillers to come through on script ... could have done with those 3 months ago.
