Hmmm - not doing so well :0( cannot weigh myself till tomorrow because i left the bloody scale at the house sitting job - am back there tomorrow so we shall see....have been working hard in the gym though....its just i know I have probably been cheating a bit here and there....nibbling naughty things. Anyway, on the whole i am keeping on track and I now have about 5 weeks to go....so, still time to lose!! Its funny how the smallest things can derail one -like last night - a messy house made me really want to reach for the Chardonnay!!

hey don't beat yourself up about it, these things happen, anyway as you say you have been working hard at the gym so you might surprise yourself, don't forget that you are burning calories after you train. If you beat yourself up then you could end up having a comfort binge. Keep at it, rome wasn't built in a day, maybe in your case 5 weeks LOL

Hahaha - thanks Dog - I actually lost 4lbs in the end so very chuffed - now feel more positive that i can reach my goal in five weeks! :0)
