39 sleeps to go before I once again leave Blighty for the US. I am trying hard to stick strictly to the diet though it is hard at weekends and hard not to have one glass of wine in the evenings! But, have decided to train almost every day - either spinning or pump and I may try Zumba or Body Combat to change things up a bit. I still have 10 lbs to lose but I am going to give it my best shot :0)

At least the focus on food and exercise takes the focus away from being far from your love! I a sure it will fly by :)

Yes - :0) - that was kind of the idea when I started it, but it has ended up doing me a favour as well as i am actually getting fit and i used to hate the gym! Funny how life works out isn't it :0) How are you doing now? x

if you are mean to yourself at lunch time you can still squeeze in a few glasses of wine in the evening. Its all about prioritising I guess. I've lost about 20lb and have another 8 to go and have wine most evenings. Good luck :)

stick with it, I am sure it will be all worth it and just imagine the WOW factor when you first meet in the US

Thanks guys :0) like your advice jacshadow - that is kinda the route i am going ...have lost about 10lbs so far, taken ages it feels like though!!
