Yogurt is good.... I apparently have some kind of egg intolerance..... haven't eaten them in a while and then today had them and my stomach is killing me. Thank you Holly but I'm regretting the eggs this morning

Oh sorry to hear. I get food intolerant at times, and have pancreatic pain for a day or several, and then it passes. But I have to eat very careful for a few days. Listen to your body, cant go wrong.
