My fiancé got me a delightful cookbook as a gift (for me, and for himself as the recipient of my cooking 😂). Mostly plant based recipes from around the world. I made scallops with onion, tarragon, snap peas, asparagus… so yummy 😋

Thanks cheesey! It was great. I made 2 more recipes last night. The tiny “Patagonian” scallops were half the price of the same weight of big scallops.
