Indulged again over the weekend. I sound like a broken record with that....

But at least I didn't go completely nuts. I found the best way for me to both stay on track and keep my social life is to be the sober driver for nights out. That way, I don't have to become a hermit, and we don't have to pay for cab fare. Win-win, right? And, when everyone else is hungover the next morning, I can get a workout in before anyone is even up and about.

Also, I've never been a fan of excercise (as my weight clearly indicates), but I'm starting to really look forward to my morning workouts. It's usually the toughest part of my day, and is so great for stress relief.

this weekend was a wedding, I was pretty proud of myself. I didn't eat as much as I could have :) I stayed away from cake as well :) I have to say I looked so good and felt sooo good! I fit into a size 14 dress which made me feel FANTASTIC. I have a long way to go to where I want to be but I am getting there :) You got this!

Great plan - sober driver! Socializing is so often about food - it makes it challenging for all of us.

Being the DD helps me out a lot too. Nobody can give you a hard time about not drinking, someone has to get all the drunks home! You get to socialize and keep a clear mind regarding your intake. I tend to drink and eat, and eat and drink. :)

Alcohol and food definitely go hand in hand for me as well! Being sober keeps me in control. I even drove my friends to Taco Bell for drunken munchies and didn't get anything.
