Nice! Cool job. 😎 I don't work. I got hurt 9 yrs ago on the job my lower back and left hip haven't been the same since. Hence why I had put on so much weight. Lol

Very mobile but deal with chronic pain and will for the rest of my life sadly. I exercise go for walks swim etc...

Ouch where is the chronic pain in the back, hips you must tell me sometime. I am sure you have tried everything already strength to you Erin and keep smashing your goals. It will make your success even that much sweeter with all the obstacles you face

New_Wayne mostly in my left hip and across the top of my buttocks are the worst. I try my best that's all I can do. Thank you I will contuine too and you crush your goals as well 😀💪
