Good Sunday evening to all FC'S, How are you all? Busy day, hoola hooped, seen Jim brilliant visit. Jim is ready for home now. We are hoping for Tuesday. Need to go on my exercise bike and my Steps are 11,498 not as many today, walked to the hospital but bused back as it rained. feel a bit cold today. I truly hope all your weight goes in the right direction thus week. whether up fir mussels or down just because 😂😆. Ni e is a pound down just because!!!. Take care All. Merry Mel 😍
