I lost almost 1.5kgs yesterday!
I'm sure its mostly water weight though.
I slept through most of today, and ended up waking up just for dinner. I'm going to try to set my schedule correct. Cant afford to be constipated. Need to eat just enough food to keep my bowels going. Constipation scares me big big time.
My sisters and dad will be returning from istanbul on the 22nd. If I lose 2 more kilos till then, I would be back in the 60 bracket, and yeah, I guess the weight loss will show. I'm not pushing it though. I really need to not be constipated, with the whole fissure and all.
