so today is D(on't do carbs) day for me, I just can't control what volume I eat if I am doing a normal carb WOE. Back to KETO and actually looking forward to it! I have my shopping list at the ready and a list of freezer fodder to cook, so next week will be busy. Today I plan to spruce up the garden a little and then have a well earned soak in a bath.
