:( ... jumped on scales this morning as was a bit naughty at the carnival yesterday and have put 3/4lb back on :0( ... gutted! am hoping it is just a blip because of the wine and will be water weight.... so, have to be good between now and Friday.... will weigh myself again Tuesday and aim to go very low calorie/carb for my next few days - thinking of American cheesecake when I finally get there might keep me from cheating! Mustnt buy those sesame snap things again - they are too moreish!!
