Today we are 31 days out and I am 152 lbs. I am aiming to get to 140 in a month but that may be a bit optimistic - if I can lose 8lbs and get down to 144 that would be cool :0) - but, every day counts now. On a good note, my belt is on its last hole! I have had a really bad cold since the weekend and not been to the gym but going back tonight.
