Feeling more focussed - think some of my weight and bloatedness might have been PMS :00 - don't you just love being a woman!! So, back on track and decided that counting calories is the only way I can get the odd snack that I love in and not feel deprived - when I go to parties that are soon coming up will have to just seek out the lower carb options :0) ..... 43 days to go...
