Back on track again…

Sleep is better once again…till the next night I decide it’s time to get up..before my body gets all 8 hours…

Opened the blinds little bit ago..was spitting little flakes…had to look twice…lol..

Got my 1.25 miles in so far…with more to come…keep this body moving as much as I can ..got bored yesterday after lunch..went walking…grabbed the headphones..iPhone…thru the halls I went…ended up with 4 miles yesterday…and for me…that’s ok…

Sister got over flu…she’s free to walk the halls again,..lol…only a few of us still flu free…even the staff is being off for coming down with it…4 we’re off yesterday…short handed…extra hours for some…the thought of asking for an application..came to mind…lol…

Well…second cup of coffee ☕️ is almost gone…almost time to mosey down the hall again..add steps….get my miles…have breakfast…start the process all over again…
