Bbq at work tomorrow I’m logging like 580 cals of it down from 950. I took off all the nonsense like chips, dip, pasta salad and half a slice of cheese. Oh the things we don’t know unless we log. Well actually you know chips and dip and boxed pasta salad ain’t gonna be kind to the body 😜 so looks like a burger patty half a slice of cheese some fully cooked bacon 1/2 of an avocado and a tomato slice. 😒🤣🤣👋 💤
