after some changes at work could not balance myself back. lost track of foods, lost track of activities, lost track of all that list to do, lost willpower to do anything at all, lost will to live.. don't care what eat, don't care what weigh, don't really care how look ..slow death for a month. :(

appreciation comes after comparison. and all it takes one person to ruin a life. why bigots are still in production in this world? isn't there enough all sorts of other suffer to make life miserable? like wars, catastrophes, disasters, diseases after all?
sometimes I think people just do not deserve good life until they appreciate anything what they get...
